Claims Investigations

Insurance Investigations - Providing video surveillance, documentation of person of interest's daily activities, documentation if claim is substantiated and provide evidence of false claims.

Litigation Support - Assist attorney's in preparing litigation and report the facts to which the attorney can apply the law.

Background/Database Investigations - Provides information on verification of Social Security numbers, State and Federal tax liens, civil suits or judgments, criminal history, sex offender status, credit history, education verification, motor vehicle history. Some clients prefer to use this as a pre-employment screening.

Contestable Death Interviews - Determining the validity of a death claim and conducting interviews to determine if there was a pre-existing medical condition which contributed to the death. Also during the interview process, investigators can uncover intentional or unintentional misrepresentation or omissions of facts on a death claim.

Alive and Well Verifications - Can determine if a claimant is still receiving benefits, and whether they are the person that is using the benefits through a thorough investigation.

Arising Out of Employment (AOE) or Course of Employment (COE) Investigations - Provides detailed information concerning all the facts and circumstances surrounding the claimants initial claim for benefits. Investigations include accidents, occupational diseases, unexplained deaths, recurring injuries, and other unusual circumstances.

Infidelity Investigations - Monitor spouses' activities with still pictures and/or video, forensic testing (obtaining items and sending them to a lab to determine if the spouse has been cheating).

Surveillance Investigations

Using covert video surveillance to document the client's exact physical activities to give you unbiased evidence necessary to make an informed claim decision. All the necessary information is provided to you via a CD-Rom or DVD or VHS tape.

Accident Reconstruction

Provides you with the basic information on the circumstances and details of a particular accident. Investigators will conduct interviews directly with the injured party, a close family member, employer, or a lay source. If necessary, medical sources are interviewed for health history and/or extent of disability. Investigators also review official documents, newspaper clippings and results are provided quickly and accurately.

Fraud Investigations (Internal Theft)

Our investigators can assist you with reducing the risk of absenteeism, false Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, and inventory shortage. We will also monitor claims of harassment and potential workplace violations to help senior management to rapidly assess and investigate allegations of misconduct.

Special Investigations

Provides assistance to clients through the use of debugging equipment, covert cameras, nanny cameras, tracking GPS (Global Positioning System), voice stress analysis, drug detection, bomb detection, non-invasive surface drug detection.

Criminal Investigations

Investigators provide assistance in criminal investigations, pre-trial investigations, process serving, missing person reports, and fraud investigations.
