Drug &Alcohol Testing

We provide drug and alcohol testing for a variety of DOT and Non-DOT companies and we are able to conduct in office collections and mobile collections. We are affiliated with all major laboratories. All of our EBT machines (Evidential Breath Test machines) are DOT certified, and all of our technicians are DOT certified for both urine collections and alcohol testing. EITS can assist you with any emergency services that you might need (reasonable cause, post accident) and any follow up or random services. EITS can also provide Custody and Control Forms (CCF), Medical Review Officer Services (MRO) as well as sending you copies of the laboratory reports.

Hair Testing

We provide hair drug testing for a variety of companies and we are able to conduct in office collections and mobile collections. We are affiliated with all major laboratories. All of our technicians are DOT certified for drug and alcohol collections. EITS can also provide Custody and Control Forms (CCF), Medical Review Officer Services (MRO) as well as sending you copies of the laboratory reports.

DNA (Paternity and Immigration Testing)

EITS is affiliated with all major laboratories in performing DNA Paternity Testing. These laboratories offer a greater than 99.99999% average power of exclusion guarantee. This means that they provide a level of accuracy over one million times greater than most state and federal government standards. These laboratories guarantee all mother-child-alleged father and single parent-child DNA parentage tests. The laboratory results will either prove that the alleged father is NOT the biological father of the child, or they will demonstrate with greater than 99.9% probability that the alleged father IS the biological father of the child (in comparison to a random, unrelated man in the population). If the laboratory can not provide this result, they will refund your money. The DNA results are considered court admissible. A DNA Paternity test can have samples collected from the mother, child, alleged father or alleged father and child. The laboratories that we are affiliated with also provide family reconstruction, sibling and grandparentage tests as well as prenatal DNA testing. Samples are collected either by a cotton swab placed inside of donor's mouth to obtain cheek samples, or by a finger prick to obtain 5-10 drops of blood. When you arrive at your scheduled appointment, each person being tested needs to bring a photo id (such as a driver�s license; passport; state issued ID); social security card; birth certificate for the child. At the appointment the examiner will photograph each tested person at the time of sample collection to ensure correct and accurate identification of the individuals being tested. Each individual signs a statement stating that they observed the labeling of their individual samples and that the information on the paperwork is true and correct. Samples are sealed immediately after collection in a tamper proof manner and strict chain of custody is followed during shipment and processing of the samples. Following the collection of samples, the laboratory will have the results of the DNA Paternity test typically within 48 hours (in some instances, the turnaround time may be extended). The results of the test will be mailed to EITS as well as all tested adults and/or their designated representatives, unless otherwise instructed by a court order. In cases of adoption, results are released to the adoption agency or its designee. The laboratory will also fax the results to a designated legal or medical representative upon request. Results will never be released over the telephone, in order to ensure privacy and confidentiality of this information. In addition to the 99.9999% guarantee that the results will either prove that the alleged father is or is not the biological father of the child, the results are court admissible. Upon your request, doctoral staff at our affiliated laboratories will be available to provide expert witness testimonies, affidavits, and depositions. EITS will be able to provide you with the cost of the fees for expert witness testimony and depositions.

Clinical Services

We assist our clients with various clinical studies. We are able to provide these services in our office, or on-site at the convenience of our clients. Our examiners receive extensive training according to the protocols determined by each company that is conducting the clinical study in addition to maintaining privacy and confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines. Each of our examiners have years of experience in drawing blood, and possess certifications to draw blood (as phlebotomists; licensed practical nurses; or registered nurses).

DOT Physicals

We also provide DOT physicals which are conducted by licensed medical personnel. The driver receives his/her medical card at the conclusion of the physical, and the paperwork is sent to our office and then released to the company. DOT physicals are valid for two years from the date of the physical.
